GARDEN OF WORDS
The story begins in the Philippines about a student named Roy and Ms.Hanna a teacher that developed a romance that was not meant to be . Roy is your normal high school boy but has one secret he secretly likes the English teacher Ms. Hanna. Roy's realized that he has feeling for her when they first met at the park on one rainy day .
When they've first met it was awkward both took shelter on a small hut waiting for the rain to stop barely speaking to each other . Then Roy suddenly began talking to Ms.Hanna they talked about random silly things after the rain has past they left on opposite directions not even knowing each others name because at that time they barely knew each other not even realizing that they both go to the same school .
A few days later Roy was riding a train on the way to school it began to rain he forgotten to bring an umbrella so he decided to go to the park and wait for the rain to stop . There unexpectedly
he saw Hanna also in the park apparently they have the same idea . Ms. Hanna was acting really weird she was drinking beer and eating chocolates in the morning so he asked why is she doing it in broad daylight she replied in sad manner "I can only taste beer and chocolate in the morning " hinting that something is bothering her maybe she's depressed . Roy tried to comfort her and make her laugh to make her forget about her problems even for a little while.
The rain stopped and they leave the park and they made a promise whenever it rains they would go at the park . Summer vacation started and Roy decided to work part time to help his family in earning money for his education so that entire summer he worked and did not have a chance to see Ms. Hanna..The new school year started and its been a few months since they saw each other Roy and Hanna realizing that they have developed a liking for each other began to wish for rain to come so they can see each other again . But it didn't rain at that time the county has been experiencing El Nino .
Roy was walking down the hallway with his friends when she saw Ms . Hanna passing through wearing a teachers uniform he was in disbelief knowing that the girl she liked was a teacher . Roy was shocked how come he did not know that she was a teacher but his classmates recognized Ms.Hanna . He learned that Ms.Hanna was being bullied because one student confessed to her but that guy has a girlfriend so the girl spread some rumors that gradually spread out to the entire school Ms Hanna cannot handle the shame decided not to go to school anymore and suffered depression .
Upon learning the truth he decided to confront the said girl and punched her in the face because of that Roy was beaten up by the friends of the girl. He decided to see Ms. Hanna and talk to her . Roy was upset because she didn't tell her the truth that she was a teacher and she knew that he is a student of that school and tears flow from his eyes . Ms Hanna replied that she didn't tell her the truth about her and about that school confession because she was afraid that he might hate her and not talk to her anymore saying that Roy " you and that place saved me " and began to cried very loudly they hugged each other under the beautiful rainbow .
That was the last time they have spoken to each other Roy eventually graduated and Ms.Hanna began teaching again . They agreed to forget about each others feelings because it was the right thing to do their love was just not meant to be .

Subject : Not using proper equipment when making a search and improper way of frisking costumers.
Recently I have received a lot of complaints from the customers about the improper methods in conducting searches and frisks when they enter the mall. Their main concern is that security guards do not use proper gear like baton or a stick when they are dong a search the customers feel that their right to privacy is being violated because the guards only use their hands . This practice presents a problem .
the security guards must use the proper equipment to avoid complaints that might cause problems in the future . Thank you .

Talomo Police Station
A Mauling Incident occured at the UM Matina Campus room H3B , 3rd floor DPT building on
( 08/4/2016 ) . The Mauling according to the witness was instigated by Franing Khaayo a 3rd year criminology student who was a known member of the Bloodz gang . He assaulted and punched Berting Isuga a 2nd year engineering student upon knowing that he is a member of Crips their rival gang . The two gangs have a lot of history of fighting and are known to be very dangerous in the area. The accident happened so suddenly that their classmates were stunned and tried to separate them the fight lasted for about 5 minutes it stopped when the security guards arrived . Mr.Franing suffered only minor injuries on the other hand Mr, Berting incurred and ended up with a swollen face and a black eye . The incident reached the UM management and as a result a decision was made that Mr. Franing Khaayo is to be expelled because of his bad behavior . Another decision was that the University will no longer accept students who are members and affiliated in any way by gangs in order to prevent the incident form happening again .
