The Magic Pen
In the place of the Bulubundukin Town, there was a Boy named Nep, who's only focus is to study hard, and writes anything what's on his mind. He is a child of a moderately rich family, believing their child is an excellent student of their class, but Nep always fail on their exam, even his studying reaches heaven, he can't even understand anything. He's asking himself why this things happen even he gives his all in the class. His Mother tells him not to just write only, but put it on his mind.
Once he is going to sleep after he studies, there is a magical light that shines on his room, he cannot even see anything on the brightness of the rays of light. After it, a unique long pen. What shock him most is.......the pen is SPEAKING ! He just collapse into the bed, and slept already.
When he is awakened in the morning, he sees again the pen lays beside him. The pen says,
"Your frustrated on your class even you struggle hard? Now that frustration is going to end."
He replies,
"What do you mean I'm frustrated? I had just a lack of putting things in my mind, I will not going to fail, I promise you !"
When the exam is going to begin and he see the questions, he got a mental block and forgot anything he stuied. When he notice he bring the speaking pen, he grabs it on his bag.
"Argh! Damn! I forgot the answers on the exam, Am i not even improving a single blow?", Nep on the pen.
"Now, unleash my power to this mocking examination paper."
When he just write anything on the exam sheet, the color of the rainbow light glows on the paper, and its totally answered.
"What is just happened? In a split second, it's filled already with answers? I can't believe it !" Nep astonished.
But on the next days, Nep find the lesson on himself not to rely on the powers of the magic pen and stand alone on the upcoming examinations, he thanks the pen for motivating him to study hard and put all of that studies in mind.
"President Rodrigo Roa Duterte"
President Rodrigo Duterte, the new President of the Republic of the Philippines, a 71 years old man who is known of his brave actions as a leader. He is a strong, a straight-to the-point person that everyone witness, like his anger on the drug pushers, rapist, murderer, etc.
My observation to him, his leadership and brave actions leads him to be a new and first Mindanao people ever to win the Presidency in the Philippines. His propaganda and his plans in the Philippines if he become President, is so cool and have the possibility to solve the crimes in the country. I'm amazed on watching his deabtes with his fellow candidate, like he's going to destroy the criminals, or to solve drug problems in just 3-6 months, even many people got surprised on his speeches.
Meanwhile, the other political analyst's observation to him is he is the "complete package" as a President of the Philippines. One of the characteristics observed by the analysts and journalist is his skill that makes Davao as the 2nd most peaceful city in the world, another is his true and pure blood as a Filipino, bravery takes it all.
The people around the Philippines is excited for President Rodrigo Duterte to sit to the throne, the people is excited because of his brillant propaganda and plans for our wonderful Philippines. That's why people believe him, support him, for President Digong will make us pay and he will send you BIG. Change is coming !
Mauling Incident

Investigator : SPO4 Jack Hoback, Talomo Police Station
At about 3:30 P.M., there were 3 students creating havoc in room H3B, 3rd floor DPT building, University of Mindanao named Franing Khaayo and Berting Isuga because of a gang war. The room was calm when Franing is not on the class, once he's there he bullies anything, and he targeted Berting who is studying at the armchair.
According to Pamate Fermi, their blockmate, Franing lit the clash and first to assault Berting. He also added that Franning's act is bullying, and creating mayhem in the class once his there. After then, he call the police at Talomo Police Station to investigate.
The other studebnts were alarmed after learning this and approach to their respective Deans to strictly stop bullying in a class because it can ruin their goals and distract their studies. The organization says that they must do their beast to stop bullying in the University, and if someone break this rule, a big consequence will be tracked for him.

Subject : Preventing Individuals on Borrowing Drafting Tools
I just known that any of our co-workers are borrowing drafting tools on their co-workers or other persons also. This kind of gesture is a real problem. It takes the owner to end his plates very slow that he can't draft properly, being bothered by the persons who excessively borrows his drafting tools.
May I ask you to please, buy your own drafting tools to make sure we cannot waste more time on drafting plans, and we can deliver the floor plans to our client with no stress, it's fresh and make it in a perfect time.
