Upon visiting in your good office, I’ve observe that one of your admin staff using his / her personal cellphone inside of your premises, this practice present a problem: The proposal that the all of your admin staff will not allowed to use or bring their personal cellphone during office hours because it can lessen their mistakes and to avoid penalties during their invoicing.

This action can prevent or avoid mistakes in their assign task and they can focus from their work.

Friendship Before we became close friends, we had past arguments and that was normal to children.
